You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order for a full refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Include all original tags and accessories.
  • Not be a non-returnable item, which includes gift cards, downloadable software, and items marked as final sale.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

For exchanges, the item will be shipped to you upon processing the return of your original purchase.
